Ten and Tao happen to stop by Netaro’s shop, “Cafe369.” There, they find themselves being caught up in a plan to open a second location!?

Based on Netaro’s arbitrary and biased whims, Kinari and Ushio are also appointed as staff, and the Kawaii second location, “Diner69E,” is set to pre-open!

In order to secure support from HAMA Tours, they’ll have to aim for a passing grade by giving the Ward Mayors and Conductors top-notch hospitality.

Will they be able to satisfy them and successfully pull off a grand opening? (By the way, what exactly is that bazooka for…?)
